Did you know that there is a book written on how French women do not gain weight and manage to remain perfectly in shape? French women do not starve themselves at all, but enjoy eating food in a way. They are especially partial to bread, chocolates, wine and cakes…But how do they remain do slender? Well they have impossibly tall buildings with no elevators for starters, and there’s you morning exercise taken care of! Firstly, they do not eat for the sake of eating. They tend to relish the food they eat and they eat for a long time. And they also never buy lots of food all at once, but they buy what they need when they need it, ensuring that they don’ eat more than needed or planned.

The French women are especially known for the way that they love to eat fruits 365days of the year. In fact, they place fruits at the center of their “to-eat” list. This is a special kind of fruit named the French/Fruit diet. These fruits are highly recommended to be both filling and low in calories; persimmons, bananas and tomatoes. The most effective fruit announced as part of a research are apples. You are also encouraged not the cook or season them in any way at all. You are absolutely allowed to eat vegetables but apples are the best. The best way to carry out this diet would be to be with a tub of yoghurt. Another great way is to drink honey of herb teas.
